Tales To Astonish #35 (Sept 1962)
Ant-Man is a rubbish superhero. He has the strength of A MAN, and the size of AN ANT. He invents the marginally more useful power of talking to ants, so he can get their help to defeat some Russian spies. Weak. At least there's a nice story about a flower that thinks it's a man at the back.

Journey Into Mystery #84 (Sept 1962)
Jane is disappointed that Dr Don Blake, WHO IS A CRIPPLE, but still goes to war torn South American countries to give medical aid, isn't as brave and adventurous as Thor. What a bitch.
Other unhelpful tales teach us that we should believe in witches & aliens, just in case they are real.

Journey Into Mystery #83 (Aug 1962)
More boring aliens try to invade Earth; this time they are defeated by a man who accidentally turns himself into a Norse god. It is almost as if these comics are intended for children! Some other tales teach us the dangers of pushing people off of cliffs & messing with lions.
